Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must be in the original packaging. In order to complete the return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your item to the manufacturer. Customers only need to pay shipping costs once (including restocking fees); there is no restocking fee for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
