When you shop at our store, we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, address and email address as part of the buying and selling process.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address so that we can learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Section 2 - Consent

How is my consent obtained?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we assume that you consent to our collection and use of that information for that specific purpose only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary purpose (such as marketing), we will either ask you directly for your express consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent? If you change your mind after you opt-in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting ypx@dressyer.com.

Section 3 - Disclosures

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Section 4 - Shopline

Our store is hosted on Shopline. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopline's data storage, databases, and general Shopline applications. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.

Payments:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopline stores your credit card data. This data is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is only stored as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our store and its service providers handle credit card information securely.
For more information, you may also want to read Shopline's Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 - THIRD PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us collect, use, and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to enable them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in place with respect to the information we must provide to them in order to conduct transactions related to your purchases.
For these providers, we encourage you to read their privacy policies so that you can understand how your personal information is processed by those providers.
In particular, certain providers may be located in a jurisdiction that is different from either you or us, or where their facilities are located. Therefore, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer subject to this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.

If you provide us with your credit card information, we encrypt that information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and store it using an AES-256 encryption algorithm. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
